Beauty in the Broken Parts is a documentary of Corinne Peterson making Body: Body, a monumental sculpture using only her naked body to mark, carve and sculpt a bed of clay. We witness her process during this profound and intimate encounter with aging and self-acceptance. Premiered at Oliva Gallery, Chicago, IL June 25, 2023, during the exhibition Truth Be Told. This project was partially supported by a grant from the Illinois Arts Council.
